Learn to build.
Earn as you grow.

ARCiversity is the education and credentialling arm of ARC. Four levels of structured curriculum — Foundation, Build, Scale, Network — each tied directly to the ARC grade progression and verified by Facilitators who have built what they teach.

Four levels.
Twenty topics.
One pathway.

Each level builds on the last. Each topic connects directly to what you are building inside ARC. This is not theory — it is operating knowledge, verified through real evidence.

01
Study the Concept
Each topic has structured lesson content — substantive written instruction built around real ARC examples. You read it, reflect on it, and bring questions to your Facilitator session.
02
Apply it to Your Build
Every topic has an evidence prompt — a specific task that requires applying the concept inside your own spoke or hub project. This is your actual work, reviewed through the lens of what you have learned.
03
Verify with a Facilitator
Your Facilitator reviews your evidence and signs off on mastery when the standard is met. Grade advancement is evidence-based — you advance when you can demonstrate it, not before.

Progress unlocks
the next level.

ARCiversity content is not sold separately. It is unlocked through progression inside the ARC network — each level verified by a Facilitator before the next opens. The curriculum is the same regardless of which spoke or hub you are building in.

The Key to Success

Every level is
guided by a Facilitator.

ARCiversity is not a self-paced online course. It is a structured curriculum delivered through a Facilitator relationship. Your Facilitator has built what they teach — they hold equity in operating communities and have demonstrated mastery through real-world application.

A Facilitator session is not a lecture. It is a working conversation where your evidence is reviewed, your thinking is challenged, and your next steps are clarified. The standard is set by the Facilitator and verified by the ARC network.

What They Do
Guide Your Progress

Facilitators run structured sessions for each topic, review your evidence, and sign off on grade advancement when the standard is genuinely met — not before.

What They Earn
Permanent Equity

Every hub a graduate forms carries a permanent Facilitator equity stake. Train five strong graduates and you earn from five communities simultaneously.

What Qualifies Them
Demonstrated Build

Facilitators are not certified by exam. They are recognised by ARC based on demonstrated evidence of community building, documentation quality, and member outcomes.

How to Connect
Book a Conversation

The first session is a conversation — no commitment, no pitch. You describe what you are building, your Facilitator describes how ARCiversity supports it.

Level 1 — Foundation

Foundation: Think Right

The foundational layer. Before you build anything, you need to see clearly — the structures governing outcomes, the evidence guiding decisions, and the direction focusing effort.

Level 2 — Build

Build: Build Right

The operational layer. Once you think right, you build right — with speed, with standards, with attention to the details that determine whether people trust what you produce.

Select a topic above to begin.
Level 3 — Scale

Scale: Scale Right

The growth layer. Everything built in Levels 1 and 2 now needs to work at a scale you are not personally operating. This level teaches you to design for replication before you need it.

Level 4 — Network

Network: Expand Right

The network layer. At Level 4 you are not just building your spoke — you are designing systems, holding trust at scale, and contributing to a network that outlasts any single participant.
